    Creating community and increasing educational access for melanated families through social media. As a Full Cycle UX Design apprentice for Phase 0 of this project, I was instrumental in providing research, data, and analysis to validate user problems across three segments. I mapped user journeys for existing and potential members, crafted user survey questions and helped analyze the data, created segment personas, and collaborated with Product Strategy to create the Product Vision Board for the project.
