Product Designer at Loka Serives

Over the past two years at Loka, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centered digital products from concept to launch. I led UX research, created user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces while ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms. Key contributions included: • Designing end-to-end product experiences that balanced user needs with business objectives. • Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. • Creating and maintaining scalable design systems to improve consistency and development efficiency. • Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. • Translating complex requirements into simple, accessible, and visually engaging solutions. • Iterating on designs using user feedback, analytics, and experimentation. • Contributing to product strategy and helping shape features that improved engagement and user satisfaction. During my time at Loka, I strengthened my expertise in Product Design, UX strategy, interaction design, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration while delivering impactful experiences for users and businesses alike.
