I am an eCommerce marketing professional with extensive experience in leading and developing customer-centric campaigns across various channels. Most recently, I crafted stories across site and email while writing copy for Maison Margiela Fragrances, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, and Prada Beauty. My role involved managing email marketing, SMS, and customer journeys. Previously, at L’Oréal on the Garnier brand, I ensured a seamless user experience across site, email, social, and retailer platforms. I also developed storytelling content for site and email.
At SpaceNK, I managed the Kevyn Aucoin Beauty website, overseeing merchandising, PDP updates, content landing pages, banners, cross-sells and upsells, as well as setting up sampling and gift-with-purchase programs. I collaborated with a web development agency to address and resolve site bugs promptly and led the rebranding efforts for both site and email.
While at Revlon, I was responsible for storytelling development across site and email for the Elizabeth Arden and Shawn Signature Fragrance brands. By understanding the Elizabeth Arden customer base, I successfully crafted digital campaigns such as Mother’s Day and National Lipstick Day, which generated high traffic and revenue.
