Result: Delivered a unified cross-platform experience with tailored flows for each user type; simplified campaign creation to five steps, enabling advertisers to select billboards, view pricing, and track performance in real time; improved inventory management for vendors, increasing clarity and revenue potential; provided admins with dedicated tools for account management, disputes, and approvals, reducing operational friction.
