Laure Anderson

I am Laure Anderson, a Montréal-based sound designer and composer working across theatre, dance, and film. I create immersive soundscapes and conceive sound for performances and productions in Montréal and Paris, collaborating with directors, choreographers, and writers to shape spaces and narratives through listening. My work spans live performance, studio recording, and field recording, always aiming to deepen the emotional and spatial reach of a piece.

I work with live sound, electronic production, and post‑production, using tools like Ableton Live, Logic Pro, to craft textures, rhythms, and moods that support storytelling. I’m passionate about the interplay between sound, memory, and place, and I enjoy collaborating across disciplines to bring ambitious artistic visions to life.
