    paper Ranger Creek Rum

Ranger Creek Brewing and Distilling is known for its craft whiskey and creative beer brews. Wanting to challenge themselves and expand their market, they came to O&H Brand Design to help them launch an unaged spirit line, starting with rum. They wanted Ranger Creek Rum to feel premium and unique, but have a nod to its Texas roots.

Finding the connection between a Western mythical creature— the jackalope— and the double meaning of “spirit”, an illustrative yet refined icon was born. This wild creature is presented in a unique and elegant way, telling a familiar story in a new tone.

    paper Stephen Sanchez Concert Posters

Stephen Sanchez’s “Angel Face” tour celebrated 1950s nostalgia and elicited reactions from fans that we haven’t seen since Elvis’ heyday. As a vintage lover myself, this was a great opportunity for me to create some concert poster designs to honor the artist and the golden era of rock ‘n’ roll.

NOTE: Not for sale or reproduction— I do not have rights to the images used, this is just concept art. Any reproduction or unauthorized use could be subject for penalization!

paper In the midst of the moonshot — Fort Worth Magazine

Renowned as “the definitive resource for where to eat, what to do, and what’s happening in Fort Worth,” Fort Worth Magazine has been a trusted voice in the community for over 25 years. Their October 2024 issue highlighted Fort Worth’s significant contributions to cancer research, exploring President Biden’s initiatives and drawing thought-provoking parallels to President Kennedy’s iconic “Moonshot” campaign. Seeking a creative way to connect cancer research with lunar themes, I drew inspiration from vintage chemistry book covers. The petri dishes in the design symbolize both the phases of cancer research and the cycles of the moon, creating a visual narrative that bridges science and aspiration.

paper How to Accept the Summer Heat — Fort Worth Magazine

Known as “the definitive resource for where to eat, what to do and what’s happening in Fort Worth”, Fort Worth Magazine has been a trusted source in its city for the last 25 years. Their tongue-in-cheek pre-summer feature informed Fort Worthians how to prepare for and ultimately accept the extreme Texas heat. I had the honor of designing and illustrating the graphics for the feature.
