uniE613 Artly Charity-An app for selling and buying art
What if art could help charities with real money? Art has the power to bring empathy to people, to show the difference in the evolving world, and now Artly Charity can help raise real money for the ones in need.
uniE613 MedDNA: Book Appointments with Doctors
I worked with the founders, users, and developers to design the right platform for doctors. Features: 1. Doctors can keep track of the records of their patients and add new appointments with a minimal amount of time and effort 2. Doctors can create and manage the billings 3. Doctors can write a customized prescription It was a massive project and required many iterations and interaction with the users (mostly doctors) since the use case was hard to assume. We wanted to solve the problems that doctors face while manually writing a prescription or the time it takes to create an appointment.
uniE613 Sniffy Nose: Pet Grooming and Vaccination
OVERVIEW An app for pet parents to avail grooming and vet services. PROJECT BRIEF We gave our users the most convenient experience for booking any service while keeping the process intuitive that even seniors could seamlessly understand the flow and book services for their pets. ROLE Product Designer METHODS We approached each design task as a unique project with its own goals and timeframes. Having the client available and collaborating made our process faster and more efficient as we defined strategy, user flows, and user interface. I worked on the UX of Sniffy Nose from scratch, from the website to the app, to the admin side and branding. I took care of everything with the help of the founders.
    uniE613 Facility Management Platform
OVERVIEW The pioneer in integrated energy and multi-technical services, delivering energy and facilities management services to meet the challenges faced across private and public sectors. PROJECT BRIEF To improve the existing journey, which was not intuitive and involved users going to multiple places to raise service requests, align information architecture per user journey, and provide access to new services. ROLE Product Designer METHODS We approached each design task as a unique project with its goals and timeframes. Having the client available and collaborating made our process faster and more efficient. We also defined strategy, user flows, and user interface.
    uniE613 Crive-A platform for photographers
Did you know that most photographers are still dependent on offline methods for client proofing? In this digital era, where we have everything available in a few clicks, digital client proofing is the process that needs to reach every photographer, from small shops to big agencies; and Crive strived to achieve this goal. My responsibilities included: • Talking to current and potential users and identifying the pain points • Working on the new features and delivering the designs to the developers • Coordinating with the stakeholders on how to take the product to the next stage • Taking care of graphic designing as well as UX writing for the product
    uniE613 A sustainability travel app
OVERVIEW A mobile application to track the carbon footprint and provide multiple options to choose sustainable travel. PROJECT BRIEF We were a team of 5 who did intensive research on the domain and created the artifacts. It took us 3 months (including research and usability testing) to complete the project. ROLE UX and Visual Designer, Branding METHODS We used Miro and ClickUp for coordination, Figma for wireframes and visuals.
    uniE621 Spa booking platform
OVERVIEW The Spa Booking Platform is an app where spas can manage their resources and get booked. PROJECT BRIEF There's a need for a one-stop solution in the spa industry, one place for the guests to book an appointment, facilities or spas to add their details, and providers or service professionals to manage their appointments. ROLE Product designer METHODS I took care of all the design needs for the product. I was responsible for creating low-fi and hi-fi prototypes and communicating with the stakeholders about the requirements. I also conducted usability sessions to understand if we were meeting user needs. #spa #uxdesign
