Hi, I’m Lior Tzemach, a Producer and Guitarist from Tel Aviv, currently splitting my time between Los Angeles, Brussels, and New York. I’ve shared the bandstand with artists like George Garzone, Shankar Mahadevan, Esperanza Spalding, and Terri Lyne Carrington, who later invited me to join her band and contributed as a guitarist on her circle and on her Grammy-winning projects, including the 2023 album New Standards Vol. 1.
I began my journey at Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts (Jazz), served in the IDF army bands as guitarist/vocalist/arranger, and studied at Berklee College of Music, where I earned a degree in Sound Engineering and Production. I later completed a Master’s degree at the Berklee Global Jazz Institute and have since worked as a musical director and sound engineer for artists on the East Coast, in LA, and beyond, collaborating with figures like Wayne Shorter and Arturo Sandoval.
