- I edited 90% of the game’s per-existing dialogue for consistency in character voice, grammar, and humor.
- 50% of the game’s content at-launch was designed, written, implemented, and tested by me.
- I owned the narrative arc, visual aesthetic, and content direction of an entire biome, comprised of 4 large islands and their surrounding oceans.
- I prototyped entirely new forms of emergent content using Opsive Behavior Designer entirely on my own, without a single line of code.
Critter Cove is a nautical life simulator game where players help restore a run-down tourist island. I spent almost 2 years at Gentleman Rat as a Narrative & Content Designer, where I spent my days crafting everything from quest content to NPC behaviors to environmental points of interest.
