August 1, 2025 - PresentLed a team of 18 artists in creating an isometric hack n’ slash game in Godot 4. Guided team in creating 12 enemy creature models, rigs, and animations. Rigged and animated 3 player character models with a full set of attack, combo, and traversal animations.

Rigged and animated main character run cycle and attack using Blender’s Rigify plugin. Coordinated with design, programming, and tech art leads to establish requirements for the 3D assets for environments, towers, and enemies. Increased number of feature-complete assets by 30% in comparison to initial scope. Distributed tasks for 14 artists using Taiga and conducted weekly meetings to give feedback on 3D assets.
