I’m Albany Case, a Portland-based artist, illustrator, and character designer who goes by the online moniker LoverboyHartley. I focus my brand around ‘works of heart’, treasuring my passion for my craft and channeling childlike wonder and whimsy into my characters as the ultimate form of healing self-expression.
