I’m a podcast producer and content manager, with 5+ years of experience, who genuinely loves the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a show running smoothly. From cleaning up audio and publishing episodes to writing show notes, newsletters, and social content, I help turn raw conversations into polished content that’s ready to be heard, watched, and shared.
I’m naturally organized, detail-oriented, and the person who notices the little things others miss. I love working with entrepreneurs, business owners, and creators to take the production work off their plates, while still making sure their content sounds and feels like them.

Podcast Production + Content Systems Made Simple at Luen Lowrey, LLC
January 15, 2021 - PresentAs the owner of Luen Lowrey, LLC, I provide podcast production, audio editing, podcast management, and content repurposing services for entrepreneurs, business owners, and personal brands. I manage the full podcast production workflow, including audio editing and post-production, intros, outros and ad placement, show notes, SEO-friendly episode titles and descriptions, podcast publishing and distribution, YouTube uploads and optimization, newsletters, blog content, social media content, guest management, and production scheduling.
I also build simple, repeatable content systems that help clients turn each podcast episode into multiple pieces of strategic content. My goal is to make podcast production easier, keep publishing consistent, and help clients get more reach and value from the content they’re already creating.
Office Manager at YellowJacket Racing
June 8, 2011 - February 17, 2021As Office Manager at YellowJacket Racing, I managed day-to-day operations and administrative coordination for a fast-paced event production company producing 45+ events annually (as well as contract services for another 200+ events each year). I served as the first point of contact for clients and race participants, managing a high-volume inbox and phone communication while providing timely, professional customer support.
My responsibilities included creating and managing online event registration platforms and event websites, coordinating supply orders, filing event permits, and supporting logistics across a busy annual event calendar. On race days, I managed registration and participant check-in operations, as well as post-race food coordination for events ranging from 50 participants to more than 4,000.
The role required strong project management, event coordination, customer service, digital platform management, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and moving pieces simultaneously.
