I became interested in expressing myself through art at an early age. As my mum studied art history when I was little, we always painted and created sculptures together. When I was about to graduate from secondary school, I developed my first pattern for a pair of trousers and sewed them. That‘s why I decided to do a 3-year apprenticeship in fashion design, which I completed in August 2024. at the same time I did my technical college entrance qualification. The training in se- wing focussed on clean workmanship and quality. During this time, I also spent a lot of time talking to people who share my interests and learnt a lot about the fashion world. But also about photogra- phy, planning and organising larger projects such as fashion shows or promotional videos. Of course, I have also worked with many creati- ve programmes from Adobe, for example, and have built up a good basic knowledge that I want to expand further. I‘ve also spent a lot of time with the camera and have worked a lot with light and presenta- tion in front of the camera and have built up an extensive knowledge of photography. I also realised that I wanted to stay in this field and build up my own fashion brand. So I set up my own business as a sideline. And next year I want to continue studying fashion with my girlfriend at the Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. However, I want to move in November 2024 to get used to the city and the circumstan- ces and set up my small business on the side. I need a part-time job, preferably in the fashion or design sector, to support myself and se- cure my life in Antwerp. I have also worked part-time in a bar du- ring my apprenticeship and directly after my training in the Porsche Museum as a customer service employee. I have a lot of knowledge in editing programmes such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Inde- sign and many other programmes and would like to expand my knowled- ge in this area. I also know a lot about the presentation of products in pictures or rooms. I am helpful and like to take care of customers I speak good English and fluent German. I‘m in the process of lear- ning Dutch but I‘m still at the beginning. I would like to improve my Dutch language skills and become fluent. I am reliable and motivated to learn new things and gain new experiences.
