Owesome Deck: A Pitch to Cuisinart That Puts People First

Excited to share a vibrant and purpose-driven deck I created—crafted especially as a pitch to Cuisinart, focused on enhancing the workplace experience for their incredible team. This isn’t just about better productivity; it’s about building an environment where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.

The idea is simple but powerful: happy employees make great companies. With that in mind, every slide in this deck tells a different story—woven together by one big goal: to help Cuisinart invest not only in its products but also in its people.

From layout and workspace flow to thoughtful interiors, mental health resources, and emotional support initiatives—we’ve explored how small shifts in environment and culture can lead to a major impact on well-being, collaboration, and retention.

This deck is colorful, fun, and full of life—because the message is one of positivity, progress, and people-first thinking. It’s not a corporate pitch wrapped in monotone. It’s a celebration of what work could feel like when empathy meets design.

Let’s talk about better break rooms, cozy focus zones, wellness nooks, and creative corners. Let’s talk about safe spaces for expression, growth, and support. Because design has the power to do more than just look good—it can help people feel good too.

If you’re in a position to reimagine your workspace culture—or just want to see how storytelling and design can come together in a way that speaks to people—this is one to check out.

✨ Let’s create spaces where employees thrive and brands flourish.
✨ Let’s build workplaces that don’t just function—but inspire.

Let the slides do the talking. The stories are already waiting to be told.
