Designing this brochure for Twins & Partners was a beautiful blend of storytelling and structure. The brand is owned by two sisters—passionate, sharp, and full of vision—who’ve built a real estate group that focuses on trust, personalized service, and long-term relationships.

The brochure was created for both print and digital use, so the layout had to work seamlessly across formats. I focused on designing clean, elegant spreads with plenty of white space to let the listings breathe, while also weaving in their story—one of partnership, dedication, and vision.

We used a refined color palette and modern typography to bring sophistication to every page. From showcasing luxury listings to explaining their approach and services, every section was designed to reflect their brand voice—calm, confident, and client-focused.
