Executed a comprehensive video production project for the Fair Education Alliance (FEA), a charity uniting 300 organisations to end educational inequality. The content served as one of four key policy recommendations accompanying the FEA’s annual national Report Card.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Policy Translation: Transformed the FEA’s priority policy brief on economic preparedness in primary education into an engaging, visual case studies.
Full Production: Worked all phases of the project, including pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production, and final delivery.
On-Site Direction: Led a focused shoot at two primary schools, interviewing five key leaders and conducting ‘vox pops’ with older students to capture diverse perspectives on future-ready learning.
Technical Execution: Employed a resource-efficient, minimalist setup, prioritising natural lighting and standard gear (including the Canon R6 system) to minimise school disruption while maintaining high professional quality on a limited budget.
Policy Advocacy: The final videos are deployed across the FEA’s digital platforms (social media and web) to advocate for specific sector and government changes to achieve a fairer education system.

Project: Social Video Campaign (April Season)
Client: Vintage Cash Cow (via Ponderosa Agency)
Role: Video Editor & Motion Graphics
Created four bespoke social media videos to anchor Vintage Cash Cow’s April marketing campaign. A key deliverable was a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) video, strategically designed to address common customer queries and increase conversion confidence. I was also responsible for implementing original motion graphics for their brand and incorporating them into the final edit of all four assets. The videos were strategically designed to capitalise on seasonal trends, aiming to increase user submissions and awareness during the critical spring period.
During my ten-year tenure at Christians Against Poverty (CAP), my role evolved significantly, culminating in the strategic leadership of our short-form video content across social platforms. I was not only responsible for producing high-end promotional videos and fundraising appeals, but also for diversifying our output to engage different audiences. This included creating faceless testimonial videos that preserved anonymity, motion-graphics led content to explain complex concepts, and strategically incorporating user-generated content (UGC) to build authenticity. This wide-ranging approach was instrumental in showcasing the organization’s mission and vision successes while effectively refining and modernizing the CAP brand.
Here are just some examples the work I created for CAP.
During my 10 years at Christians Against Poverty, I specialised in producing high-quality, high-impact client testimonial videos. My work was focused on documenting not just how the organization helped people, but the profound emotional and tangible change in their lives. I managed the full production lifecycle—from establishing trust with vulnerable clients during interviews to final editing—creating a valuable asset library that powerfully reinforced the brand’s mission and provided compelling, authentic proof of its transformative success.
Here are a few examples of my work.
