I’m Katrina Nichols a fractional CMO, marketing strategist, and branding consultant who loves turning big ideas into clear, compelling narratives. Whether it’s AI-led marketing, multi-channel campaigns, or building communications strategies from scratch, I help brands cut through the noise and actually connect with people.
I tell brand stories by digging beneath the surface — who you are, what you do, and why it matters. Then I figure out who they are (your audience), what keeps them up at night, and build the bridge between the two. The result? Messaging that lands, stories that sell, and strategies that stand up to real life.
I’ve led branding and communications strategies across fintech, blockchain, higher education, space, SaaS, non-profit, professional services and more globally.
