There was a time when tenants (like ours) could get away with R30,000 worth of property damage and disappear into the night without a trace. That’s a true story, and there wasn’t much we could do about it back in 2016. Well, there is now!

The headaches, hassles, chores and challenges that come with private property rental are a thing of the past, thanks to one bad experience, many lessons learnt and the birth of Preferental – a service that has changed the rental game on both sides.

We have built a two-way street that solves problems for both sides of the tenant agreement, by introducing property landlords to property tenants, who can start on their rental relationship with transparency and trust.

Preferental allows landlords to manage their property from the comfort of their smartphones, and rewards tenants for simply playing by the rules.
