EXCOSM is a new Horizon Europe Twinning project that started at the Tartu Observatory on 1 October. The project partners are the University of Tartu and the Leibniz Institute of Astrophysics in Potsdam, Germany, the Kapteyn Astronomical Institute of the University of Groningen, the Netherlands and the University of Lorraine, France.
The logo symbol is inspired by the structure of the cosmic web.
