Over two years, I designed and executed high-impact campaigns, including a successful new webinar programme automated with landing pages through HubSpot, attracting up to 750 registrations per event. I migrated data from Mailchimp to HubSpot, setting up new audience segmentation, workflows and campaigns which increased newsletter subscribers by 25%. I played a key role in launching a new carve-out business, Capability for Change, developing the brand identity, messaging, and a supporting digital learning platform — the Change Confidence Hub.
