Hi, I’m Marta Cunill, an illustrator from Barcelona. I studied cinema and sound at ESCAC, then explored animation before focusing on illustration. In 2014 I completed a postgraduate in Illustration for Publications for Children and Youth at EINA (Barcelona). From there I published my first album, Mi Superabuela, and a few months later won the Boolino Prize for Best Illustrated Album. Since then I have published several albums and comics, and in 2025 I was selected for the Official Selection at the Angoulême International Comics Festival with Les Merveilles.
