Pitcher, an AI B2B SaaS company, asked me to create a series of videos for their website, as friendly explainers about their new AI service, which helps salespeople in the field. I pitched various concepts to the stakeholders, and they chose this one, in which a cute robot (the embodiment of our AI) surprises our saleswoman protagonist by announcing that he is her new sales partner. Skeptical at first, the saleswoman takes the little robot to a sales meeting, where the robot saves the day, over and over. In each video, the robot reveals to our heroine (and to us) a new dimension of what the AI service contributes. This scene is the beginning of the sales meeting part of the series.
I pitched the concept, co-wrote the script with stakeholders, produced the physical shoot, directed and shot the actors, conducted lookdev for the robot, created all robot assets with AI, composited the robot using After Effects, and of course edited the series.
The assignment from PItcher was to create a SaaS explainer for our client AB InBev. The explainer should feature a hero salesman on a normal day, and show how our AI product made his work easier and more productive. It should also be modular, so that the same video could be easily reconstructed for other clients and industries. They wanted a look that was fresh and surprising in a B2B context.
I pitched the concept, co-wrote the script with the stakeholders, conducted lookdev, generated all AI, composited elements in After Effects, recorded my own VO (and replaced with ElevenLabs), and edited it all together in Premiere Pro.
