    Scaling a Local Beauty Studio from Word-of-Mouth to 50+ New Clients/Month

    The Challenge: A thriving local beauty studio had historically relied 100% on word-of-mouth recommendations. While they had a great reputation, they lacked a predictable, scalable way to acquire new clients on demand.

    The Solution: I built a hyper-local Google Ads strategy from scratch. By identifying high-intent keywords for their specific treatments and setting up tight radius targeting, we put the studio directly in front of local clients actively looking to book appointments. I also streamlined their landing page to ensure a seamless transition from clicking an ad to booking a service.

    The Result: The campaigns unlocked a brand-new, highly profitable acquisition channel, successfully scaling the business to over 50 verified new customer bookings every single month.

    Google Ads Launch & Optimization – German D2C Brand

    For this 3-month project, I was brought on to manage and optimize the Google Ads presence for a D2C brand targeting consumers in Germany. Given the short timeframe, the primary focus was on establishing a rock-solid campaign foundation and gathering clean market data. I completely structured the account, launched localized Search and Shopping campaigns, and streamlined the conversion tracking. By treating this period as a critical “testing and learning” phase, I successfully identified high-performing audience segments, optimized the ad rank, and handed over a clean, data-rich account fully primed for long-term profitable growth.
