    Self-Produced by Mazy, ’Sarewa’ is an energetic mid tempo composition that incorporates elements from African, European and British-Caribbean culture. This indicates the various countries and cultures Mazy was exposed to, which is evident in his signature Afro-Caribbean flow. Just like all his releases, this song was written, performed & mix/mastered by Mazy.

    Mazy shares: “While I was making the beat I kept hearing words in my head and “Sarewa” stuck with me, which ended up being the chorus. Things weren’t as smooth in my personal life at the time I made this song. I just wanted to create an atmosphere where people would - at least temporarily - forget what they’re going through and celebrate life. I do hope it resonates with y’all the same way it did with me during its creation.”
