This project involved producing leasing-focused property tour videos to showcase the company’s rental portfolio across multiple cities. The goal was to provide prospective residents with a polished, complete view of each property—highlighting interiors, building features, and surrounding amenities.
Beyond post-production, I was deeply involved in pre-production and on-site coordination. Once filming dates were set, I reached out to each property, worked with leasing specialists to confirm suites were cleaned and camera-ready, and helped build out the production schedule. I handled logistics such as booking rental cars, preparing and packing gear, and serving as the primary point of contact with on-site operations teams to gain access to vacant units, confirm suite conditions, and troubleshoot details like flooring finishes for filming.
On location, I assisted with lighting setups, staged shots by opening doors or adjusting details, and captured exterior photography, drone footage, and nearby amenities to give a holistic view of each community. I also managed media offloading, renaming, and backups to both hard drives and SharePoint, ensuring assets were organized and secure.
In post-production, I reviewed and selected clips, assembled timelines, and built out polished video edits in DaVinci Resolve. Each property video followed a branded template, complete with titles, supers, and motion graphics, resulting in a consistent series of leasing-ready assets that elevated the company’s rental marketing.
I produced a set of animated digital ads and partner content for Investment Executive and Finance et Investissement. Working with provided graphics, I built out multiple ad formats in After Effects -leaderboards, big boxes, and billboards- adding motion and optimizing them for publication, alongside editorial content designed to drive engagement.
