Born and raised in Colombia, and with an MFA in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy, I have a proven track record as a video producer and editor. I started a production company called MagicK, which focuses on generating content for actors and in covering live events. I have been able to work with clients such as Brooklyn College, where I film and edit the thesis scenes that the actors will use in their websites and reels after graduation. I also have covered events for Lotti Golden (the re-release party of her album Motor-Cycle) and Shine in Madrid (shot at Hudson Yards). For all these projects I was not only in charge of all elements related to filming the event, but also the post-production, where highlight reels had to be delivered in a timely fashion and including aspects such as music, sound mixing and color correction.
