Hello, It's Hossam from Egypt! I believe that stories have power, they can fly so they can bridge cultures, spark empathy, and turn ideas into movements. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career and long-term vision to creating content that doesn’t just fill airwaves but resonates with audiences on a deeply human level. As a Podcast Content Producer, I aim to craft episodes that blend creativity with purpose, balancing compelling scriptwriting with production excellence. My work spans directing indie films, producing documentaries, and leading podcast production. My Podcasting experience has been developed practically with Poddster Studios, where I produced the content of the shows, managed guest booking pipelines, edited over 40 episodes, and created short-form content optimised for YouTube, Spotify, and all the podcasting platforms, plus the distribution of the short-form content on social platforms. Collaborating across time zones under tight deadlines taught me that great production is more than technical skills; it’s about listening, adapting, and finding the human heartbeat in every story. Beyond commercial projects, I volunteered as a video podcast producer with NGO “Open Roads Media” and “Palestinian Podcast Academy PPA” by their founders Eric Maddox and Laila Mokhibar, mentoring young creators and helping them develop shows that tackle their daily challenges and their struggles of living under the occupation, social justice, and Arab cultural identity. Guiding them technically was proof that storytelling and reaching out with our voices | stories can give the next generation not just a voice, but a huge step towards freedom and breaking the propaganda machine. My vision is very clear and established years ago, to enrich the digital Arabic content landscape with fresh, authentic narratives. I believe the stories of our region deserve to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the best global productions, and my mission is to use every available platform and medium to make that happen. Whether through podcasts, films, or digital storytelling, as an Egyptian, I aim to help bring our voices as arabs into the spotlight, where they can inform, inspire, and resonate with audiences worldwide. Part of my creative inspiration comes from being an active follower of leading Arabic podcasting networks. These platforms continually push boundaries in storytelling, sound design, and cultural representation. Their work reminds me of the incredible potential within our region to produce content that speaks to both local and global audiences, and it fuels my ambition to contribute meaningfully to this fast-growing ecosystem. From scriptwriting to sound design, starting with recording and performing to the distribution, I bring both the creative vision and the operational discipline to create podcasts that matter. Let’s take the next step to go above and beyond.
