My name is Mattia, I am a 26-year-old sound engineer and music producer. I currently work as a live sound engineer at "Stazione Radio" in Milan, where I manage all stage-related activities: setting up and dismantling equipment, microphone placement, soundchecks, and live mixing. I usually handle concerts for small bands (4–5 members), but we also host some big bands and more complex events. I enjoy working in a team, and I find it particularly motivating when the team shares the same passion. I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sound Engineering at the CPM Music Institute, certified by AFAM. I am currently completing my third and last year. I am also active with my personal project “Mosees” on Spotify, a Deep-House music profile that has reached over 25 million streams. I have collaborated with the French film studio HippoCampus Studio, associated with CANAL+, for the inclusion of a song in the TV series B.R.I., and participated in a project with the association ABCicletta involving middle school students, funded by Fondazione Cariplo and Associazione Comunità Nuova. I worked at the independent RAT Studio, where from 2018 to 2020 I logged many hours of recording and production for the band SWF. In 2019–2020, I worked as an assistant at Analog Planet, one of the leading experts in vintage audio equipment (especially STUDER tape recorders), where I learned the basics of soldering and repairing electronic devices.
