Astella Lakeside Property Video

For this project, we created a property showcase video for Astella Lakeside Bliss, a residential development designed around lakeside living, family comfort, and a calm neighbourhood environment.

As the project was still in its early development stage, the video combined artist impressions, curated lifestyle footage, aerial lake views, family-oriented scenes, and motion graphic elements to help present the development in a more visual and accessible way.

Instead of relying only on standard property visuals, we applied infographic-style text, motion graphics, and structured editing to highlight the project’s key selling points — including its lakeside setting, residential lifestyle, interior spaces, and surrounding environment.

The final video was created as a marketing tool to help the developer communicate the project clearly to potential buyers during the early sales stage.
