In my most recent role with the charity organization Young Life, I used my skills to create a high-quality, informative video fundraising campaign. I collaborated closely with their board and marketing team throughout the process. I began by writing an innovative and upbeat script, then coordinated with volunteers and participants to schedule the shoot, creating shot lists and overheads, as mentioned in your job description. I also rented and maintained all production gear during the shoot, demonstrating my equipment management capabilities. To ensure the video was optimized for the web and compatible with various social media platforms, I made sure the footage was adaptable for multiple formats. I then applied my knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve—three programs listed in your job description—to bring the final product to life. I also created custom graphics and animations, delivering a strong finished product that the area director said “exceeded their expectations” and represented a consistent brand and visual identity.
