Hello world! I’m Mauro, a teacher and trainer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have both Argentinian and Italian citizenship. Over the last five and a half years, I’ve worked in classrooms and educational leadership, but my approach goes a bit beyond traditional teaching. I like bringing real world, analytical tools into learning, using methods such as root cause analysis to cut down dropout rates or tweaking curricula to boost student skills. Right now, I’m also diving deeper into Asian and Africa history and Education and Public Policy through master's and bachelor's programs, while picking up some cybersecurity skills on the side. What makes me a bit different is, I believe, how I connect the human side of learning with real operations and systems. Having taught internationally in the U.S. and worked with technical topics like supply chains and logistics, I know how to make complex, rigid concepts feel easier to grasp and more accessible. I try to not just teach content but look for practical ways to help people and programs actually work better.
