Architected Mera Brain, an autonomous ReAct-pattern AI reasoning loop with dynamic tool-calling and a 5-turn execution cap to prevent infinite LLM loops. Ensured financially correct pricing by restricting the agent to SKU/quantity extraction and resolving prices from a PostgreSQL catalog via a Go service layer with decimal-safe arithmetic. Designed a 4-service gRPC/Protobuf modular monolith (ERP Core, Synapse identity resolution, Knowledge with pgvector search, and Mera Brain). Enforced multi-tenant isolation using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security with transaction-scoped context. Built AI observability for prompts, reasoning steps, tool calls, and retrieved chunks in Grafana/Prometheus to monitor token usage and RAG latency.

Architected an agentic customer-support system using Go, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers. Designed a modular monolith that allows for the clean migration to microservices and improved API response times through efficient database optimization.

Automated cloud deployment pipeline using AWS EC2, reducing build costs by 99.7% through spot instances. Built Electron desktop application with TypeScript for PDF rendering and annotation features. Integrated FFmpeg for media processing and S3 for file storage. Wrote Node.js scripts for API integration and automated build workflows.
