Nicolas Rachet

Hi!
I’m Nicolas, a junior 3D animator from France.
I graduated in 2023 with the award-winning 3d/stop motion animation movie “Fille Fleur”, and worked on several projects as an animator keyframe/mocap and previsualisation artist.
I was an animator on VR immersive experiences for the interactive experiences “Moon Expedition” and “Voyage” from Orbital View studio, and “Cléopâtre” from Sandora VR.
If I use Maya and Unreal5 as my main working tools, I’m always open to discover new techniques.

I would say that what make me love my job is that I can bring to life characters and objects to help create and tell stories, while being a part of a productive team, which is always an honor and a pleasure to me!
On my spare time, I enjoy miniature painting and thatre playing, two hobbies that both help me relax and to understand volume, body mechanics, and acting, which is very interesting for an animator:)
