PROFILE 2011 – 2018 After completing my Master’s degree in Interface Design, I began my career as an Information Architect at Sid Lee, where I had the opportunity to work on my first large-scale projects. During that time, I contributed to projects for clients such as Rona, Cirque du Soleil, Maître’D, Thomson Reuters, and Adidas. I later returned to Québec City to take on the role of Lead UX Designer at Cortex, where I spent five years designing user experiences for a variety of digital products. Among the projects I am most proud of are: • A patient record management application for a private seniors’ residence • A remote restaurant management application for Maître’D • Starting my family ⸻ 2018 – Present As an independent consultant, I have collaborated with several Québec government ministries and organizations, including RAMQ, CNESST, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Higher Education, and for the past two years, Retraite Québec. My role involves both democratizing and demystifying UX/CX design methods and best practices, while contributing to the development of solutions tailored to real user needs and organizational contexts.
