Managed six brands, developed visual language, and led a paperless journey.

August 1, 2015 - October 1, 2016Working across the Crystal Ski and Thomson Lakes and Mountains brands, produce printed marketing collateral, digital assets, promotional products and large format visuals for campaigns and nationwide events and exhibitions. Refresh of the Crystal Ski identity.
• Collaboratively create all campaigns in-house; from ascertaining campaign focus and key messaging, through to completed multi-platform visuals.
• Design lead for Thomson Lakes and Mountains consumer insight research sessions; gained in-depth knowledge of prospects and customer behaviours. Key findings shaped current summer campaign and future brand strategy.
• Sole designer for the brand refresh of the Winter Crystal Ski Guide to the Mountain brochure. Look and feel rolled out across campaigns over the preceding two years.
• Concept and creation of dynamic online banners using Flashtalking.
• Production of homepage takeovers, exhibition screens, animated icons and social media assets.

Produced digital assets for lookfantastic, Europe’s largest luxury hair and beauty e-commerce retailer.
