As a communication and UX designer at Surya Foods, I manage a range of social media pages to increase customer engagement and loyalty. I also redesigned the company's main website and created a store app for B2C users, using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. I track the web and social media analytics to understand the customers' needs and preferences, and to identify the market strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. I recently graduated studying MSc in UX Design at University of Brighton, where I learn and applied the latest theories and methods in user research, prototyping, user testing, and design strategy. I have a bachelor's degree in graphic communication from Norwich University of the Arts, and a foundation degree in art studies from Colchester Institute.
