Created an AI-assisted promotional property video for a luxury multi-dwelling residential property marketed by a real estate agent.

The project combined property photography, cinematic video sequences, carefully controlled camera movement, short-form narration, music and professional editing to present the property’s living spaces, architecture, landscaped gardens and development potential.

My responsibilities included:

• Creative concept and visual storytelling

• Shot planning and camera movement direction
• Video editing and sequence assembly
• Voice-over scripting and narration coordination
• Music, transitions and final presentation
