As a UX Designer, I create visually appealing and user-friendly web and mobile solutions for various clients, with a focus on accessibility and responsiveness. I utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD for low and high fidelity designs, mockups, and prototypes, and conduct UX research and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience. I also have a strong background in front-end design, using HTML and other technologies to implement my designs. In addition to my design skills, I am also passionate about education and science. I am currently pursuing a MAED in Science Education at ESU, where I learn about the latest pedagogical practices and research methods in science teaching. I have also worked as a high school science teacher for over three years, teaching Biology and Earth Science to 300+ students, and achieving an 80% yearly achievement rate. I have successfully adapted my curriculum to a digital format, resulting in a 90% passing ratio on standardized assessments at the AP level.
