    uniE621 CPG packaging - Waffle-woo packaging design
We follow a decipline way of crafting not just design but a packaging that dominates shelves in retail competition. typical our workflow follows the below steps : Brand Discovery We explored the essence of Waffle-Woo — a honey-dipped waffle brand built around warmth, joy, and indulgence. The focus was on understanding the product, audience, and the emotional experience the brand should deliver. Strategy & Brand Narrative We defined a clear brand story, personality, and tone of voice before design began. This narrative became the foundation for all visual and communication decisions. Visual Direction Moodboards were created to set the visual tone using warm colors, playful typography, and friendly illustrations. The direction balanced fun with clarity to ensure strong shelf presence. Packaging Design Packaging was designed to be eye-catching, joyful, and easy to understand at first glance. Every element reflected the honey-dipped waffle experience while staying brand-consistent. Final Brand Touchpoints The visual system was extended across marketing and digital assets. Consistency was maintained across all consumer touchpoints for a cohesive brand experience. graphicdesigner illustrator branding packaging deisgn
uniE621 Building soda brand with sprakling water - SIPHOP
For Siphop, a naturally flavoured sparkling water soda, the core challenge was standing out in a crowded FMCG beverage category while building instant consumer connect. We addressed this by shifting the brand from flavour-led communication to identity-led positioning, where each variant represents a consumer mindset like Born to Lead or Born to Adapt—driving stronger emotional recall and repeat purchase. We created a scalable logo and brand identity system designed for high shelf visibility, clear SKU differentiation, and fast consumer decision-making. The use of mascot-led storytelling gave the brand a distinct visual asset that competitors can’t easily replicate, while still maintaining a clean, minimal structure suitable for modern retail. The identity was translated into can packaging optimized for FMCG realities—clarity, consistency, and visual impact at first glance—supported by mockups and clear brand guidelines to ensure cost-efficient rollouts, faster future launches, and brand consistency across markets. logo branding graphicdesigner
uniE621 Building Shampoo Brand - Shikakai Shampoo
Client came to us thinking the brand is just a logo, but to their surprise building a brand is not only about the Logo or visual identity. And then we ended up providing retail solutions, shelf Dominance, verbal identity, Marketing narrative and Brand Manifesto, Social media branding. From day one, the client was clear about one thing: they didn’t want to build a modern shampoo brand in the clichéd sense. They wanted the brand to feel earth-born — rooted, pure, and deeply natural. Not something that merely cleans hair, but something the hair and scalp genuinely respond to. Almost as if a cosmetologist, a dermatologist, or a “hairologist” were working quietly beneath the surface — inside the scalp, inside the strands — restoring balance rather than masking problems. That belief became the foundation of Shikkakai. We began by anchoring the project in strategy: a detailed competitor analysis, followed by a moodboard that defined the emotional and visual direction of the brand. The goal was clarity — not noise. Silence over clutter. Nature over ornamentation. Once the direction was approved, we moved into concept development. The visual language was intentionally minimal, calm, and expansive — allowing the brand to breathe. Every design decision was guided by a single question: does this feel honest, grounded, and elemental? But before design came storytelling. We first crafted the brand narrative and manifesto, followed by the mission and vision. This became the backbone of the brand — the reference point for every future decision. Marketing, packaging, communication, digital touchpoints, and advertising were all built by returning to that manifesto. Only then did we translate the story into a visual identity — one that could live consistently across packaging, marketing collaterals, website, social media, and every place the consumer would encounter the brand. The result wasn’t just a shampoo brand. It was a system of beliefs, expressed visually — quiet, rooted, and intentional. And that’s how Shikkakai was built. branding graphicdesigner designer
