Corporate Wellbeing Mini-Video Series: Disconnect to Reconnect – Digital Wellbeing & Human Connection
A two-part digital wellbeing video series exploring how conscious disconnection from technology can lead to stronger focus, healthier boundaries, and deeper human connection - at work and beyond.
Through a mix of behavioural insight, relatable storytelling, and practical actions, the series reframes smartphones and social media as tools to be used intentionally, not reflexively. Topics include digital overload, attention loss, “phubbing,” presence, and how small daily choices can dramatically improve relationships, wellbeing, and performance.
The tone blends edutainment and evidence-based insight, engaging, human, and accessible, making it highly suitable for modern, digitally saturated workplaces.
My role: Concept development, long-form scriptwriting, facilitation, and on-camera presenting.
Created as part of a corporate wellbeing content series focused on digital balance, social connection, and sustainable ways of working in an always-on world.
A short, upbeat wellbeing video designed to help employees reconnect with their energy and mood through simple, guilt-free acts of self-care. The piece reframes self-care as a practical, everyday mindset - not a luxury - and offers three easy, accessible “joy boosters” that can be applied immediately, even on busy workdays.
Blending edutainment, behavioural insight, and warm facilitation, the video encourages healthier boundaries, conscious pauses, and small moments of self-kindness that support emotional wellbeing and sustainable performance.
My role: Concept development, scriptwriting, facilitation, and on-camera presenting.
Created as part of a corporate wellbeing mini-series focused on building resilience, energy, and positive habits , without adding more pressure or complexity.
- Concept development for a corporate wellbeing micro-series
- Scriptwriting (content, structure, tone, and pacing)
- On-camera presenting and facilitation
- Translation of behavioural science concepts into practical, everyday language
This piece is part of a bite-sized corporate wellbeing video series designed to help employees pause, reset, and build sustainable mental resilience during the working day — without adding pressure, time commitment, or “wellbeing overload”.
The 2-Minute Gratitude Reset introduces gratitude as a practical, science-backed mindset tool, translated into a short, engaging on-camera format that feels light, human, and accessible. Through relatable examples, humour, and guided reflection, the video helps viewers shift attention from stress and friction to small, everyday moments of ease, progress, and appreciation.
The tone intentionally blends edutainment and wellbeing - avoiding anything overly clinical or spiritual - making it suitable for corporate audiences, including fast-paced, high-performance environments such as financial services.
My role in this project:
The result is a short, reusable wellbeing intervention that supports emotional regulation, focus, and positive habit-building, designed to fit seamlessly between meetings or as part of a wider organisational wellbeing strategy.
