Initially brought in to support the national High-Rise Safety Campaign, then reappointed shortly after to lead design for the Service Delivery Review. Developed a cohesive visual identity and suite of communications, including a 47-page options brochure, consultation materials, social media assets, and over 20 animated videos. Collaborated with the communications team to transform complex operational information into clear, engaging public content delivered to tight deadlines. The role demanded both creative agility and strategic thinking, helping ensure key messages were accessible and consistent across all channels.
