Abhivyakti 4.0 was a curated group exhibition celebrating the beauty of landscapes, where nature and architecture come together in harmony. Held at Vanita Vishram Art Gallery, Surat, over three days in May 2026 and curated by Divyesh Bagdawala of DH Bagdawala Art Studio, the exhibition brought together artists working across painting and mixed media.
The design brief called for a cohesive visual identity across print and digital touchpoints that felt cultured, warm, and inviting — without being overly formal. The visual language draws from the exhibition’s landscape theme, using digitally treated painterly imagery as a bold full-bleed background, contrasted against a clean white card layout for all event information. Calligraphic Gujarati script forms the exhibition title, grounding the identity in its cultural context while keeping the overall aesthetic contemporary.
Deliverables spanned three formats: an A0 printed poster displayed on an easel at the gallery entrance, a large horizontal banner mounted inside the gallery, and a digital social media invite designed for Instagram. All three maintain a consistent typographic and colour system — deep forest green, crisp white, and crimson red — adapted thoughtfully to each format’s proportions and viewing context.
Deliverables: A0 exhibition poster, horizontal print banner, social media invite (Instagram), WhatsApp detailed Invite, Artist’s CV (11) and Price tag
Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
Project Description
Sterlin is an Australian landscaping supply company importing high-quality artificial turf, outdoor cladding, and decking products. The brief called for a complete brand identity — one that could stand apart from a saturated market of competitors all relying on literal grass imagery and product-heavy messaging.
The project began with market research across six direct competitors, identifying a clear gap: no one was speaking to lifestyle, emotion, or aspiration. From that insight, I developed a mini brand strategy defining Sterlin’s positioning as a transformer of spaces rather than just a product supplier.
The logo draws from the natural form of grass, abstracted into a clean, flowing mark that balances elegance with functionality. The identity system includes a full colour palette spanning deep forest greens, warm neutrals, and a terracotta accent, paired with Optima for the wordmark and Poppins for supporting text. Deliverables included clear space guidelines, minimum size specifications, colour combination rules, typography documentation, and applied mockups across print, digital, merchandise, and environmental touchpoints.
