Pina Bausch Tribute – Dance Theater Performance Workshop – Bosa, 2024
Title: “Pina Bausch Tribute – Dance Theatre Performance Workshop – Bosa, 2024”
Genre: Documentary
Running Time: 18 min
“Pina Bausch Tribute – Dance Theater Performative Laboratory – Bosa, 2024” is a documentary celebrating the art and legacy of Pina Bausch, inspired by Wim Wenders’ film “Pina.” Produced in collaboration with the dance and visual arts association Prendashanseaux of Bosa, the documentary explores the fusion of dance theater and video production through an immersive workshop, creating a visual, gestural, and thought-provoking narrative that explores emotional and social themes that everyone should have the opportunity to engage with.
For two intense days, workshop participants interpreted movements inspired by Pina Bausch’s choreography, performing in the evocative settings of Bosa. The main dance that accompanies the documentary is “The Dance of Spring,” characterized by asynchronous movements in single file. The dancers perform along a unique path: from Tentitzos, across the pedestrian bridge, along Corso Vittorio, down the steps of Malaspina Castle, and finally to Cane Malu. These repeated actions, performed by each participant, allow us to admire the settings of a historic 13th-century village and its surreal surrounding landscape, enhancing and preserving historical memory.
The documentary not only captures the beauty of the performance, but also gives voice to the participants, inviting them to share their thoughts and reflections on the experience. Through personal narratives and images that also find an original way to express thoughts, the importance of feeling part of a group, of sharing experiences, and of engaging with curiosity and without fear of judgement emerges. “Pina Bausch Tribute – Dance Theater Performance Laboratory – Bosa, 2024” is a tribute to the art of Pina Bausch and a celebration of community and creativity in the splendid setting of Bosa.
Some things can be expressed with words, others with movements. There are also moments when you’re left speechless, completely lost and disoriented, no longer knowing what to do. At this point the dance begins, and for reasons entirely other than vanity.

FOOD EXPERIENCE
VEGETABLE IN THE CENTER
Christian Madura:
This video shows how my idea of cooking has evolved over the last two years, finding meaning in this completely new formula.
“Vegetable in the Center” is a unique gesture that involves moving from left to right what has always been sacrificed, the side dish.
In this menu, vegetables are placed at the center of the gastronomic experience, while proteins, whether meat or fish, are sacrificed and served as a side dish in a small porcelain dish on the left.
All the technical expressions are made available to the vegetable while the meat or fish only undergo an alteration of temperature through different cooking methods.
For us, all of this is a revolution that allows guests to enjoy an experience where the balance is reversed in an intelligent, sustainable way and with an eye to the future.
Marco Iozzo:
This production allowed us to develop captivating photography. Giulia and I explored the possible atmospheres, taking on the challenge of capturing a dangling carcass. The message was clear: move the meat to the edge of the plate and give greater prominence to the vegetable. A touch of macabre was necessary, but without exceeding the threshold of horror. We managed to strike a successful balance between visual impact and restraint.
Christian proved to be a precise and extremely creative person. His clarity of ideas gave us the space we needed to best interpret the project. With Andrea, the work was quick and efficient: I sketched out the effects in the editing, and he reconstructed them in Motion Graphics. Federico was able to translate Christian’s ideas into the soundtrack and sound design, creating a perfect audio-visual medium.
Being present on set, even without a specific assignment or while waiting for post-production, is invaluable. “Breathing” the set and working closely with those who entrust us with the realization of a project is an experience that enriches and strengthens the final result.

The Three-Year Degree Course for Contemporary Circus Artists
For many years, O-Zeta has produced numerous videos to manage the communication campaigns necessary to make these splendid realities known to as many people as possible.
O-Zeta Production – Cirko Vertigo Foundation
The collaboration involved the creation of original audiovisual content to enhance the Foundation’s artistic, educational, and performance activities. Specifically, O-Zeta Production oversaw the filming, documentation, and production of video materials dedicated to the shows and moments of artistic creation associated with Cirko Vertigo’s activities, with the aim of conveying the physical and poetic intensity of contemporary circus arts through cinematic language.
The videos produced contributed to promoting the Foundation’s activities, offering a visual narrative that showcased the artists’ work, the school’s pedagogical innovation, and Cirko Vertigo’s role as an international reference center in the contemporary circus scene.
O-Zeta Production’s production approach was based on a light and immersive filming methodology, capable of integrating into the performance context without interfering with the artists’ creative processes. This method allowed for the creation of authentic audiovisual content, capable of conveying the artistic, physical, and emotional dimensions of the performances.
The collaboration represented a virtuous dialogue between cinematic language and the performing arts, contributing to the dissemination and documentation of cultural projects of high artistic and educational value.
Paolo Stratta and I met in 2013, when I was the location manager and production assistant for the Turin leg of Horacio Alcalà’s film Grazing in the Sky. The film pays homage to contemporary circus art and its artists with a documentary that chronicles the physical feats, iron-clad discipline, and personal stories of circus artists traveling across eleven countries. Six stories are featured: one about Cirque du Soleil, one about ESAC – Ecole Supérieure des Arts du Cirque in Brussels, and one about the Cirko Vertigo Foundation. This last story is illustrated through the experience of Palestinian student/artist Fadi Zmorrod. The documentary features students and teachers at the Cirko Vertigo Academy, as well as director Paolo Stratta, who plays himself in a reenactment of the first day of school at the Grugliasco (Turin) campus. Alongside him is internationally renowned Maestro Arian Miluka.
FOOD EXPERIENCE
A unique gastronomic experience: choose your favorite directly from the butcher or fishmonger’s counter and we’ll prepare it for you at counter price*.
How does it work? It’s simple!
In addition to the seasonal offerings on the menu, every day customers can enjoy a unique food and wine experience.
The idea is to be able to choose what to eat directly from the fresh market stalls.
Asking for advice on the best catch of the day or your favorite cut of meat.
You can browse the many options at the fish market, all selected according to seasonality, minimum sizes, and a short supply chain.
And very fresh, because they arrive directly from the market without intermediaries less than 24 hours after being caught
Sea bream, sea bass, meagre, prawns, and molluscs are just some of the fish available.
The butcher’s shop is no exception, with a selection of meat cuts ranging from the Fassona Piemontese breed of beef, a Slow Food Presidium .
Up to pork, chicken and of course dry-aged meats.
“ From the counter to the table ” represents the maximum expression of Eataly 's philosophy
Link to the video interview with Piedmontese newspaper journalists:
In this project, we sought to encapsulate in just a few seconds the vast choice of the format, which offered fresh food prepared on the spot by Eataly chefs. The format premiered at Eataly Ligotto and was subsequently rolled out in all Eataly locations in Italy and around the world.
Using a variety of different focal lengths, from wide-angle shots to super macro shots, to represent the foodporn of food being prepared and cooked, all enclosed in a wild montage with a strong visual impact.

Among the dunes of Torre dei Corsari, on the western coast of Sardinia, a provocative vision takes shape: imagining winter sports in a desert landscape in 2050. A place where today only sand, wind, and sea exist becomes the symbolic theater of a possible future, where snow may no longer be guaranteed.
The “Refresh the World – Winter Sports in 2050” campaign was born as a visual reflection on climate change. Through the imagery of winter sports transported to an arid, Mediterranean context, the project questions the fragility of environmental balances and invites us to rethink our relationship with the planet.
The project was created for Save the Duck, an international clothing brand known for its commitment to sustainability and ethical innovation. Founded in 2012 by entrepreneur Nicolas Bargi, the company has built its identity on a clear principle: creating technical garments without using animal-derived materials, respecting animals, people, and the environment.
The company’s environmental commitment extends to its entire production chain and industrial processes. Save the Duck is also a certified B Corp, an international recognition awarded to companies that generate environmental and social value in addition to economic value.
The “Refresh the World – Winter Sports in 2050” campaign was born within this vision, a creative gesture that uses the language of fashion and photography to construct a powerful environmental narrative.
For this project, O-Zeta oversaw the campaign’s video production, filming and visually constructing the audiovisual story in the field. The Torre dei Corsari dunes thus become a paradoxical landscape where skis, snow equipment, and technical clothing interact with the sand, wind, and Mediterranean light.
A deliberately strong contrast that transforms the Sardinian landscape into a global metaphor.
The message is as simple as it is urgent:
the future of winter depends on the choices we make today.

MILAN’S ROOFTOP LOUNGE
In the center of Milan, on the top floors of the Piazza Diaz skyscraper, the most evocative place to enjoy a privileged view of the Duomo and the entire city.
A long-time lifestyle icon and symbol of elegance, it is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy unforgettable experiences in the iconic Martini style with a contemporary twist.
A bright and evocative space that can be transformed for any type of private or business event.
The perfect setting for an aperitif with a view.
Turin was the chosen location for this series of commercials, which is where La Martini e Rossi was born. Three different commercials were produced, each pairing a Martini cocktail with a finger food created by Chef Marcello Trentini, highlighting all the flavor possibilities Martini can offer through mixology.
In this production, it was essential to create a photographic image that corresponded to and represented Martini’s identity, which represents the meeting method, the aperitif, a typical Italian setting, also dictated by the characteristic Baroque architecture and Made in Italy.

The Pomata family: three generations, an island, and the art of tuna.
Carloforte is more than just a place of origin: it’s the cultural matrix of the Pomata family. From grandfather Luigi , who turned his passion into a profession by taking over the restaurant at the Hotel Riviera, to his father Nicolo (Nicola)—the “king of tuna”—to Luigi Pomata , today the face and guide of the third generation. A story born between the traditions of Tabarchi and the last active tuna fisheries in the Mediterranean, where fishing for bluefin tuna is a ritual, a technique, and a community.
Luigi Pomata: Identity, Research, and the Mediterranean
Chef-owner in Cagliari with three restaurants (Ristorante Luigi Pomata, Next Food & Lounge , and Pomata Bistrot ), Luigi brings to the dining room a cuisine that blends Ligurian-Tabarkan roots, Sardinian influences, and Arab influences: raw fish, seafood, and, above all, Carloforte tuna as the star. His signature style is a balance between tradition and creative lightness, without ever losing the immediacy of flavor.
From Carloforte to Cagliari: a network of places
The restaurant on Viale Regina Margherita in Cagliari is a gastronomic hub with dining rooms, a terrace, and a bistro; in Carloforte, the family legacy continues. The vision is a hospitality hub —a combination of restaurant, bistro, lounge, and product lab—where guests experience the island through dishes and stories.
Tuna as a language
Tuna isn’t just an ingredient: it’s a language of the land . In Carloforte, tuna is still fished using traditional methods, within a short year-round period, for important specimens. In the kitchen, it requires extreme care , careful cutting, and creativity to enhance every part, from raw tuna to the finest offal. Luigi has also dedicated publications and teaching to this subject, becoming one of its most authoritative narrators.
Dishes and style
The menus feature icons that change with the catch and the season: raw seafood, contemporary tuna fillet , pasta with bottarga, vegetables, and island citrus fruits, and even the avant-garde pizzas at Next. The cuisine is technical yet accessible, designed to excite without frills.
Awards and Memberships
Luigi is a Member of Honor of the JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs , a network that brings together Europe’s next-generation chef-entrepreneurs. Collaborations, events, and masterclasses amplify their voices beyond the island, while maintaining a clear focus: Sardinia and Carloforte .
A family heritage
The passing of Nicolo Pomata in 2024 marked a turning point: the legacy of the “king of tuna” continues today in the hands of Luigi, who preserves his wisdom and skills, updating them with a contemporary sensibility. This is how a restaurant becomes a living memory of a region.
The brand and related rights were acquired by Tos srl, a wholly owned subsidiary of the BasicNet Group, for a total price of 14.25 million US dollars (approximately 12 million euros at the current exchange rate), plus acquisition-related costs.
The BasicNet and Wolverine groups have also signed a collaboration agreement valid until the end of 2017 for a coordinated transition phase benefiting the Sebago brand’s international clientele. The acquisition is supported by a €13 million loan from MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese SPA. “Sebago is an ideal brand for BasicNet: classic, sporty, iconic, and very well-known worldwide,” says Marco Boglione, founder and president of the BasicNet group. “This is a great opportunity for our global network of commercial and industrial licensees.”

Document: Restoration of the Shroud Altar in Turin Cathedral (Production by Consorzio San Luca)
Content Description:
Documentary on the Restoration of the Shroud Altar in Turin Cathedral
To celebrate the completion of the restoration of the Chapel of the Holy Shroud, the San Luca Consortium has created a storytelling project dedicated to Turin and to all those who supported and made possible an undertaking that began 24 years ago. The restoration of Antonio Bertola’s altar represents the final phase of a long and complex recovery process, a symbol of rebirth after the devastating fire of April 1997.
The altar, a masterpiece by the architect and sculptor Antonio Bertolahttps://www.twine.net/signin), is a Baroque work of extraordinary beauty and complexity, created to complete the harmonious setting of the Chapel of the Shroud designed by Guarino Guarini. Bertola, a central figure of the Piedmontese Baroque, was known for his mastery of integrating architecture and sculpture, as demonstrated by the altar’s elegant lines and rich decorative details, designed to enhance the sacredness and mystical aura of the relic.
The Restoration of the Altar: A Complex and Emotionally Involved Task
Between March 2020 and February 2021, the Consorzio San Luca completed the restoration of the altar, a work severely damaged by the 1997 fire, which had compromised the structure and many of its decorative details. This intervention, the final stage in the Chapel’s restoration, required months of study and meticulous work to restore the altar to its original magnificence.
