Design: created unique content for email marketing, e-commerce, loyalty programs, campaign graphics, advertising, direct mail, POS, social media, events and community outreach. Branding: defined the look and feel of all branded materials including retail, landscape division and on-site café. Rolled out a refreshed brand identity through an integrated campaign culminating in a print and digital Brand Guide. Writing & editing: marketing emails, digital lookbooks, blogs, newspaper articles and web pages. Photography & styling: visuals for e-commerce and other channels; collaborated on styling, planning and photo shoots; created in-house photo studio.

Email marketing: designed, A/B tested and deployed marketing emails and reviewed analytics to optimize engagement. Website content updates, retail signage, social media content, campaigns, and collaborations with external vendors. Created in-house photo studio and visuals for e-commerce.
