My name is Tom Stratton, I've been an artist and musician for about 20 years consistently. I've been in multiple different bands, including my current metalcore/hardcore project, described as a mix between Turnstile, Slipknot, and Knocked Loose. On the side, I'm chipping away at the rock opera I've had cooking for about a decade. That project leans much more into southern rock and 80s synth rock, with a little bit of punk flavor, heavily inspired by acts like Styx, Journey, and The Protomen. I've played guitar and bass for around 20 years, and keyboard/synth around a combined 10, though with much less focus, so I would not consider myself proficient, but I can write music on keys and play something given to me with enough time. I can play basic drums, and hold a note, vocally, but I don't consider myself a drummer or singer. I also mix and master all of my current releases, which can be supplied as samples of my work. On the art side of things, I was a freelance comic book artist in my early 20s, and worked on commission work variously throughout the years. My inspirations are outsider and comic artists like Frank Frazetta, Moebius and Jack Kirby, as well as a number of more modern artists like GrimGrimGrim and Ilya Kuvshinov. I have been in active development on an independent video game for about a year, and have worked on a couple other projects in the past. I attended school for Game Design, but did not graduate, due to it being a rather unfulfilling learning experience. We plan on launching the current project in the next year.
