A Brand New River is the latest single from The Viking Goats Band, released on June 6th across all platforms. Pulled from their upcoming album, the track continues the group’s Americana and roots rock journey, weaving heartfelt storytelling with rich, organic instrumentation.

For this release, I took care of mixing, mastering, and editing, while also contributing additional instruments and backing vocals on some tracks from the album. The goal was to preserve the band’s raw emotional energy while enhancing sonic clarity, warmth, and dynamic impact.

For this project, I collaborated with the BMMC Channel to elevate their audio content (more than 45 hours of video) to professional standards. My role included:

• Balancing dialogue, music, and effects for clear, engaging audio.
• Fixing problematic audio, such as filling in missing sections and replacing rights-restricted audio.
• Applying EQ, compression, and spatial enhancements to create a cohesive mix.
• Delivering a mastered track optimized for YouTube streaming.

• Reconstructing missing audio sections seamlessly.
