I design and deliver high-quality learning experiences shaped by 15 years in education as a teacher, program designer, school leader, university lecturer, consultant and trainer. My work spans Japan, the Philippines, Africa and Europe, covering curriculum development, hybrid learning design, digital course creation, teacher training and international capacity-building. I have managed full education programs, created learning resources for diverse audiences, supervised academic research and delivered training for teachers, school leaders and government initiatives. Designing curriculum—online or face-to-face—has been part of my everyday work throughout my career. At the National Institute of Technology and De La Salle University, I created curricula aligned to institutional LMS systems and adapted course structures to digital workflows. Through my projects with African countries, I developed e-learning approaches for international teacher training programs. During COVID-19, I shifted to full e-teaching, integrating Moodle, Microsoft Teams and other digital tools into daily instruction. These transitions demonstrate my ability to adopt new platforms quickly, which directly supports work in Articulate and Vyond. My teaching years at the University of Fukui focused strongly on adult learning, as I designed and taught graduate-level courses for in-service teachers and professors. This required deep understanding of adult learning theory, reflective practice, systems thinking and professional growth. At Warner Bros., I design and deliver workshops for the general public, creating accessible learning experiences for a wide, diverse audience. Together, these roles give me an uncommon range: from highly specialized adult learners to broad public programming.
