TV will always be my first love. The infatuation took off with shows like The Simpsons, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, 30 Rock, The Office, Curb Your Enthusiasm -- and it’s organically led to an obsession. Why does Mr. Burns releasing flying monkeys out of a window, only for them to fall to their deaths, make me laugh? Why do I feel seen watching Liz Lemon flip over a table after she discovers a coworker ate her mac-n-cheese? Should I be concerned that I relate to Dennis Reynolds losing his mind while he’s stuck in traffic on his morning commute? These questions drive me. Thousands of hours of reverse-engineering my favorite characters and stories, reading hundreds of scripts to improve my own writing, studying work like Wallace & Gromit or The Incredibles one frame at a time to become a better animator-- this is the stuff I happily do for free. I feel enormously grateful that I’ve been able to earn actual human dollars getting to collaborate with creative folks across the medium I love, and whether working as an animator, writer, producer, storyboard artist or director, my commitment is to bring this dedication of the craft to make something we can all be proud of. Check out my animation reel or one of my scripts in my profile. I love connecting with fellow creatives so feel free to reach out if you’ve got a project in mind or if you’d just like to grab an expensive coffee in LA together and talk shop.

uniE608 Animated Logo for SPN Productions
I was hired to animate a short sequence that led up to the production company’s final logo, “SPN Productions”. Using the logo, the company requested that the animation incorporate symbols related to their core business, which is podcasts, books, and feature films. I pitched several iterations and collaborated with the client at every stage of the process (from the initial concept to storyboard and animatic) in order to create the final animation as seen in the video. uniE608 An Animated Interview: "Humans Vs Robots at SXSW Film Festival"
The client (Books on Pod) supplied raw footage of ten celebrities’ interviews during SXSW Film Festival with the assignment to create a 3-5 minute animation using this footage. Collaborating with Trey’s feedback through each step of the process, I: Wrote a script. Created character designs. Storyboards. Animatics. To final animation. Along with social media deliverables, which included five (20-30 second) reels posted on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit. animation animator 2D Support the channel with a like and comment on Youtube! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVRAx21ZJxY
uniE608 Barry Sonnenfeld's Porn Story Animation
Probably the weirdest project I've ever been asked to be a part of. I was given an audio clip taken from an interview with the director Barry Sonnenfeld (Men in Black, The Addams Family, A Series of Unfortunate Events) telling the story of his first job as a filmmaker: shooting a porno. From my initial conversation with the producer to the final upload, I animated the video in less than 3 weeks. video animator videoeditor Support the channel with a like and comment on Youtube! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhXN-fD0f2M
