    paper Visual Media Video Portfolio

This portfolio showcases selected long-form and short-form video work across philosophical, contemplative, and narrative-driven content. Included are cinematic video essays, podcast excerpts, short-form social clips, guided audio-visual pieces, and branded YouTube content.

My role across these projects has included concept development, script shaping, interview recording (Zoom and in-person), long-form editing, short-form extraction, pacing and structural refinement, ambient soundscape layering, color correction and grading, thumbnail design, and final publishing workflows. In many cases, I oversaw projects from raw footage through final upload and cross-platform distribution.

The work reflects experience with Final Cut Pro and CapCut as primary editing platforms, along with additional projects completed in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. I have shaped over 500 published videos and 100+ podcast episodes, building structured workflows that support both artistic atmosphere and consistent brand identity.

These samples demonstrate my ability to identify narrative threads within philosophical dialogue and transform them into cohesive, visually grounded, emotionally resonant media.

uniE608 Crazy Magic Playtime University – Branded Segment Insert
Created a short branded insert for the original Crazy Magic Playtime series (2022). The concept was to introduce a playful recurring segment called “Crazy Magic Playtime University” that could be dropped into different moments throughout the show as a recognizable audio cue. The goal was to create a humorous but cohesive identity element that felt distinct, repeatable, and on-brand with the show’s tone. video videoeditor
uniE608 Children’s Audiobook Narration | Story Development & Voice Example
This short excerpt is from the children’s book George’s Most Favorite Thing, presented as an audiobook narration sample. The piece demonstrates calm vocal pacing, emotional tone control, and storytelling clarity suitable for children’s and educational listening environments. My Role: I am the author of the book and provided voice narration for the audiobook recording. I collaborated closely with producer Grace Bjarnson of Hot Muffin Media in shaping pacing, tone, and overall presentation. I participated in music and sound effect selection to support the emotional arc of the story. Final audio editing and mixing were completed by the producer. video audiobook VoiceNarration
uniE608 Example of Noise Removal and Voice Enhancement In Audio Editing
This example demonstrates podcast audio cleanup and vocal clarity enhancement. The original recording contained excess background noise and reduced vocal definition. The clip includes a short “before” segment followed by the cleaned and balanced final version. My Role: Using Audacity and CapCut, I performed background noise reduction, vocal isolation and enhancement, tonal balancing, and overall audio cleanup to improve clarity and listening quality. The final result demonstrates improved vocal presence, reduced environmental noise, and a more professional, release-ready sound.
uniE608 Soul Play Introduction Meditation Video
This introduction video was created for the SoulPlay channel as a welcoming entry point into guided meditation experiences. The piece orients viewers to the purpose of SoulPlay, offers brief settling instructions, and invites participants to return to the breath if anything feels unclear during the process. It is used as a foundational introduction before group SoulPlay sessions and as a standalone calming orientation video. My Role: I handled full-cycle production from concept development through final release. This included script development, voice recording, audio cleanup and pacing, subtle music layering, logo design, visual theme development, looping background visuals, smooth transitions, and final editing. The project demonstrates calm tonal control, structured visual pacing, and cohesive brand presentation across audio and video elements. explainervideo video videoeditor filmdirector
