Hi, I’m Kyler Lampton, a music composition and sound recording technology student at Ohio Northern University, finishing in 2026. I love crafting original music and shaping sound for films, games, and performances, using DAWs and a variety of audiovisual equipment. I enjoy collaborating with industry pros and bringing creative ideas to life through careful arrangement and recording. I have over five years of music composing/arranging experience, as well as over a decade of experience with music creation as a whole.
Beyond composing, I thrive in team settings, training new recruits, organizing rehearsals, and managing details that help projects run smoothly. I’m excited to apply my technical skills and passion for music to collaborative opportunities in composition, sound design, and production.

For my final fall semester at Ohio Northern University, my capstone required that I create music for & lead rehearsals for a recital based entirely of original music composed solely by me. The project asked for a minimum of 30 minutes long worth of material, but due to my creativity, proactiveness, and leadership skills, I was able to composed, orchestrate, and lead rehearsals for 60 minutes worth of original material in the course of 3 months.
